COVID-19 Response

We live in unprecedented times.

Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic across our community and the nation. We are following guidelines that protect the health and well-being of our staff and their families, our partners, and the people we serve while maintaining our role as a champion for those in need and a resource for the community during this historic time.

Now more than ever, our community needs a champion to ensure equal access to justice for ALL during these challenging times. Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy is here to help anyone facing issues of safety, financial security and family stability during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

While we are still assisting clients and taking on new cases currently, please review organizational updates as well as important information for clients coming into the office.  Anyone needing assistance can contact us by calling 704-376-1600 (Mecklenburg County), 800-438-1254 (Outside Meckelenburg County) or 800-247-1931 (Linea de Español).

You can use our community resource guide for Cabarrus, Mecklenburg and Union counties for additional resources.
