Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy is hosting its 8th annual Wills for Warriors clinic on Nov. 7.
During this clinic, volunteer attorneys will assist qualified veterans in preparing:
- Simple Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Living Wills
Why Have a Will?
Creating a will or advance directive is an important step in protecting yourself and your loved ones. Having these documents in place helps you:
- Ensure your wishes are honored regarding your property and loved ones
- Appoint trusted individuals to make decisions if you’re unable to
- Avoid family disputes and reduce stress for your loved ones
- Protect your legacy and provide clear guidance during difficult times

This event is open to qualified veterans residing in Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Rowan, or Union counties.
