Experience

• Shaylea supports the program staff and their clients, performing a variety of office tasks, including scheduling and creating and sending reports.
• Before joining the Advocacy Center in October 2023, she was a Financial Crimes Specialist, investigating and conducting reports on individual and business accounts which were flagged for suspicious behavior.

Education

• University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice and a Minor in Legal Studies, cum laude
