Kara Fisher Moskowitz
Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Senior Attorney and Consumer Protection Program Director
Administration
“I am proud to have an opportunity to serve the community in Mecklenburg County and work with so many dedicated and compassionate advocates. ‘Access to Justice’ is not just an ideal to reach for. Equity for all citizens in our judicial system, no matter their circumstances or race or gender or any other factor, is the bedrock of our great democracy. It’s important for our community to know that the Advocacy Center is here to help our citizens keep and access their most basic human needs through the legal system. Our staff and volunteers donate their hearts and energy every day to achieve real justice for everyone who seeks our help. I’m privileged and grateful to be a small part of the important work that the Advocacy Center does.“
