Wills for Warriors: FREE estate planning clinic for Veterans

Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy is hosting its 8th annual Wills for Warriors clinic on Nov. 7.

During this clinic, volunteer attorneys will assist qualified veterans in preparing:

  • Simple Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Living Wills

Why Have a Will?

Creating a will or advance directive is an important step in protecting yourself and your loved ones. Having these documents in place helps you:

  • Ensure your wishes are honored regarding your property and loved ones
  • Appoint trusted individuals to make decisions if you’re unable to
  • Avoid family disputes and reduce stress for your loved ones
  • Protect your legacy and provide clear guidance during difficult times

This event is open to qualified veterans residing in Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Rowan, or Union counties.
