Experience

  • Carmen assists low-income, underserved communities with diverse needs relating to health insurance, food security, and more.
  • Before joining the Advocacy Center in July 2024, she was the Director of New Business Development at a start-up engineering recruitment firm, where she led the search for new business opportunities and boosted the company’s market presence. With over nine years in recruitment and talent management, she has worked with FAANG companies and start-ups, specializing in IT, engineering, and finance across national and global markets.
