Experience
- Aamir is responsible for the management and supervision of the Advocacy Center’s NC Medicaid Ombudsman staff and budget.
- He is an International Development Specialist with an extensive experience in managing, monitoring, and consulting on global and regional programs focused on effective citizen participation, economic justice, disaster response, and responsive governance. He has successfully managed numerous programs supported by international aid and development agencies, including the European Union, Church in Action, UNDP, German BMZ and USAID.
- Before joining the Advocacy Center in July 2024, Aamir was working with the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation (FNF) as a Senior Program Manager.
