Experience

• Fausto advocates for people with NC Medicaid to get the care they need and provides free, confidential services to help them navigate the new environment.
• Before joining the Advocacy Center in May 2024, Fausto spent three years with USBarns as a project specialist networking with clients, engineers, and construction crews. He originally started at the Advocacy Center as a Health Insurance Navigator and then joined the Ombudsman team in July 2025.
