“I work at the Advocacy Center because I believe strongly that everyone deserves access to health care and food security. It is a privilege to serve my community and advocate for dignified health care access and food security for all through my work at the Advocacy Center.

Experience

  • Sarah is an Attorney, supporting a range of public benefit cases. Before transitioning to the Public Benefits Unit, Sarah lead the Advocacy Center’s Medicaid Ombudsman Program. Sarah spent three years supporting the NC Medicaid Ombudsman statewide team, leading both the Statewide Outreach and Training teams.
