Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Temara McCleave is a Payroll and Benefits Specialist in the Human Resources Department at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy.

Before joining the Advocacy Center, Temara worked for a major logistics company processing payroll for the employees. She has been in the HR/ Payroll sector for almost eight years, and she says it brings her great joy to be able to help employees from behind the scenes.

Temara has a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Temara is a volunteer with the American Red Cross. In her free time, she enjoys being a Boy Mom.

“I work for CCLA because it’s a great service of the community organization,” she said.
