His role involved providing legal advice to clients, handling cases before judicial and administrative courts, and filing constitutional appeals with the Constitutional Court of Bolivia.

In his free time, Marvell loves to spend time with his wife and children. He also enjoys learning new things, both professionally and in general. Additionally, he has a passion for sports, particularly soccer, and he serves as a volunteer coach for the Charlotte Independence Soccer Club.

“When I understood the work that CCLA has been doing for several decades to benefit the migrant community in Charlotte, as well as the citizens at large, I felt deeply committed to the cause,” Marvell said. “From a young age, I have felt a strong commitment to helping others, and being a part of this incredible institution allows me to fulfill that desire while I grow and refine my professional skills.”
