Daniel Andrade

Attorney, Immigrant Justice Corp. Fellow

Daniel Andrade serves as an Immigrant Justice Corp. Fellow in the Immigration Justice Program at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. In his role, Daniel addresses the legal needs of unaccompanied migrant children in the region.

Prior to joining the Advocacy Center in September 2023, Daniel worked at an immigration law office throughout his entire undergraduate and law school studies. He assisted in organizing evidence, reviewed case law, drafted briefs, and communicated with clients. One of his most memorable experiences was helping draft and analyze oral arguments in front of the 2nd Circuit Appeals Court in New York City. He acquired his Juris Doctorate at Hofstra University. In his free time, Daniel enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing video games online.

Daniel serves at the Advocacy Center because he wants to apply his knowledge and experience to address the needs of the immigrant community in the Charlotte area. “I work for Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy because serving the migrant community has always been my goal.”
