Dajenne Vigil

Health Insurance Navigator

Dajenne Vigil serves as a Health Insurance Navigator for the Family Support and Healthcare Program at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. Her role is to educate clients on their options for health insurance and assist them in applying.

Before joining the Advocacy Center in July 2022, Dajenne was completing a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood and Family Education from UNC-Charlotte. Previously, while working for Atrium Health, she would volunteer and cook meals for the families residing in the Ronald McDonald House. During Dajenne’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her baby at home and enjoying the outdoors.

Dajenne works for the Advocacy Center because she believes she is fortunate enough to have the knowledge and access to resources that others may not be aware of. “My ‘why’ is because my purpose is to have a meaningful impact on others in the community because everyone needs someone to lean on.”
