Rosie David

Bilingual Health Insurance Navigator

Rosie David serves as a Bilingual Health Insurance Navigator for the Family Support and Health Care Program at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. In this role, she serves the Family Support and Healthcare group serving lower-income people, veterans, the disabled, and refugees.

Prior to joining the Advocacy Center in July 2022, Rosie was a Marketing Manager at a technology startup that provided Customer Relationship Management between pharmaceutical and medical device companies and physicians. She is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Arts in Hispanic Studies. She also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Rosie has always been an active volunteer in her community. She assisted in ESL classrooms for refugees at the Adult Learning Center in Charlottesville, VA prior to moving to Charlotte. She has served as a PTA president and head of several committees in her children’s schools since 2012. Rosie’s life revolves around her three kids. She is an avid home cook, loves walking in Charlotte’s nature trails, and is a total bookworm.
