Tanja Pauler

Health Insurance Navigator

Tanja Pauler is a Health Insurance Navigator for Family Support and Health Care Program of Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. She assists eligible individuals and families in navigating their health insurance options to obtain access to the affordable health care coverage that best suits their needs.

Before joining CCLA in February of 2022, Pauler worked at Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency as a main case manager for incoming refugee families within the Reception and Placement Program assisting refugees with access to basic material needs, documents, health care services, eligible public benefits, education and immigration services. Tanja earned her B.A and M.A in History from Belgrade University in Serbia and Non-Profit Management Post-Bac Certificate from UNCG. In her free time, Tanja enjoys time with my family, reading, music, running, and British crime TV shows.
