Soreé Finley

Program Director and Senior Attorney, Legal Services for the Elderly and Low Income Taxpayer Clinic  

Soreé Finley is the program director and a senior attorney for Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy’s Legal Services for the Elderly and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.

Finley received her J.D. degree from Syracuse University School of Law, her B.A. in social work cum laude from Grambling State University and her M.S.W. in community organization from University of Michigan. 

Finley has always been interested in public service and has worked with nonprofits for most of her professional career. She is a volunteer on Carolina’s Care Partnership’s Board of Director’s Governance Committee and is active with the Mecklenburg County Bar. Finley is a graduate of the Mecklenburg County Bar’s Bar Leadership Institute and Community Building Initiative’s Leaders Under 40.
