Senior Attorney, Low Income Taxpayer Clinic
Soreé Finley is an attorney in Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she represents taxpayers before the IRS.
Finley received her J.D. degree from Syracuse University School of Law, her B.A. in social work cum laude from Grambling State University and her M.S.W. in community organization from University of Michigan.
Finley has always been interested in public service and has worked with nonprofits for most of her professional career. She is a volunteer on Carolina’s Care Partnership’s Board of Director’s Governance Committee and is active with the Mecklenburg County Bar. Finley is a graduate of the Mecklenburg County Bar’s Bar Leadership Institute and Community Building Initiative’s Leaders Under 40.
