Keylin Ramirez

Bilingual Medicaid Ombudsman

Keylin Ramirez is an Bilingual Medicaid Ombudsman for Family Support and Health Care Program at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. She assists people from low-income backgrounds who are in need of legal services.

Before joining CCLA in May of 2023, Keylin attended the Pensacola Christian College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She served at the Cornelius Neighborhood Care Center and volunteered at the Ada Jenkins center at events in which they needed translators. In her free time she loves trying new coffee shops, going to the beach, exploring new places and capturing moments with her camera.

Keylin loves working for Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy because ‘It gives me the opportunity to provide assistance to communities that are in need of information that is beneficial to their welfare. I believe I can help to improve their current situation by creating awareness in a community by educating them on the various resources available.”
