Chief People Officer
Julia Lanham is the Chief People Officer at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy. She promotes and implements human resources values through the successful execution of role responsibilities, creativity, and management of human resources programs.
Before joining the Advocacy Center in May of 2023, Julia worked as Human Resources Manager for a global think-tank, the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis. The work focused on making the financial argument to eradicate fossil fuels and eliminate environmental racism.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science from Christopher Newport University in Business Management. She received her Master of Science from Pfeiffer University in Leadership and Organizational Change. She has an HRCI Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR). In her free time, Julia enjoys hiking, working in the earth, growing plants/flowers, and traveling.
