After successfully advising clients on housing and immigration issues, Holmes now advises veterans on discharge upgrade claims, VA benefits issues, and public benefit eligibility. Holmes earned her B.A. in Sociology from Winthrop University.
“I work for Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy to advocate for those that have difficulty advocating for themselves. I enjoy helping people work toward financial stability to combat poverty and homelessness. From personal experience, I know what it is like to be financially unstable and have no where to turn for help. By working for the Advocacy Center, I can be a source of help for others.”
