Staff Attorney

Isaac Ybarra is a Staff Attorney at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy working in the Immigrant Justice Program.

Before joining Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy in April of 2023, Isaac interned at the Elon Humanitarian Immigration Clinic where he worked on removal defense, helping underprivileged communities obtain immigration relief. He graduated with a J.D. from Elon University School of Law in December 2022.

In his free time, Isaac enjoys to play video games, workout, play soccer, and watch movies & TV. Isaac decided to work for Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy: “because of the vast experience that I believed I could obtain here. I also love the mission that Advocacy Center strives for and I believe that working here I can have a significant impact on the community.”
