Cassidy Estes-Rogers is the Program Director in Family Support and Health Care at Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy.

Estes-Rogers started her legal career as an attorney with Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy in 2013.  During law school, she held externships with the Hon. Albert Diaz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Hon. Samuel J. Ervin, IV of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, now an Associate Justice on the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the Hon. Hugh Lewis of the North Carolina 26th District Superior Court.  She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Charlotte School of Law and her B.A. in arts management from the College of Charleston. 

Her work focuses on issues affecting access to health care and economic stability for veterans and individuals with disabilities.  She provides direct legal representation to clients across public benefit programs, such as Medicaid, SNAP, and SSI, as well as veterans benefits programs.  She also assists veterans with discharges that serve as a barrier to accessing health care and other benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Using her experience with individual clients, Estes-Rogers works to identify common issues and advocates for systemic changes in government programs and policies.
